Google Survey
I created a very helpful Google survey using Docs to help me analyze the current state of my PLC. My Principalship class through UST requires this type of analysis as part of an ongoing project. Using the survey was time efficient and helpful in that is summarized the responses nicely. Even my professor was impressed. He asked me to forward the document to my UST classmates so they can use this tool as well.

Google Survey #2
One thing I learned after I created my survey is that there is NOT automatic numbering. I had considered numbering my questions but I figured having no numbers would be better than redundency.
Just a heads up to the rest of you.

Google Forms
I didn't have too much trouble creating my Google Survey. After I created it, I did struggle when I attempted to send it because I created it, then closed it and returned to it hours later. When I opened it, it was in spreadsheet form and I couldn't figure out how to see the standard format. I ended up sending it out twice - once with the spreadsheet format and then again in the correct form.
